It doesn’t always have to be espresso - 15 bar pump pressure, portafilter and two-circuit coffee maker sound more like something from a car engine than coffee to you? Then you probably like your coffee classically filtered. You can’t brew the espresso so beloved in Italy with the refurbed Gastroback Design Brew Advanced coffee machine, but you can make an incredible filter coffee.
With a brewing temperature of 96°C, 8 small drip holes moisten the grounds and bring them to the right temperature to ensure the perfect taste. The hotplate keeps the coffee warm for a good three quarters of an hour - ideal for a lengthy breakfast.
